RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (supplements and personal care items), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the product
• We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate

• Opened or used products
• Individual reactions (we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists before use)
💳 Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
